Website client checklist
Check which answers and file links you still need from a client. Download a message asking for the missing items.
Inputs stay in your browser. You choose whether to keep a device draft or save to an account.
What is still between you and kickoff?
Mark each input missing, received, or reviewed. These are checklist counts, not a prediction of project success.
- Still missing
- 6
- Received, awaiting review
- 0
Send a clear request for the missing items. Check the answers before marking them reviewed.
Keeping a draft stores it on this device for seven days. You choose when to save it to your account.
The demo starts a fresh request with these six questions. Add the actual answers and review them there.
What the checklist covers
These six inputs are a starting point for a website project. Tailor them to the agreed scope, accessibility requirements, integrations, and content responsibilities. “Reviewed” is your assessment; the checklist does not inspect files or verify access.
Example: received is not reviewed
A client sends a logo link. Mark it received, then open the link and check the file and access permissions before marking it reviewed. A missing approved headline may block the next phase even when other items are complete.
How to interpret the result
The checklist counts inputs marked missing, received and reviewed. It does not inspect files or score the likelihood of project success.
Keep or share your work
Review the result and use the tool’s download controls. It does not send messages, take payments or make changes with another company. Review downloaded files before sharing them.
